Five, installation:
1., the equipment should be installed in all levels of purification plant or sealed air-conditioning plant.
2. the equipment shall be installed away from the dust and source of high speed.
3. after installation, you must clean the equipment inside and its surroundings with super clean vacuum cleaner or no fiber producing tool.
4. after installation and cleaning, the QDF-2 type hot bulb anemometer can be used to measure the average wind speed in the cleaning area. When the average wind speed is less than 0.32m/s, high adjusting transformer voltage, increase the fan input voltage; on the contrary, when the average wind speed over 0.48m/s, lower voltage regulator, reduce fan input voltage until the average wind speed at 0.4m/s + 20% in the ideal range, can be used.
Six, use
1.. Before use, you should open the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 30 minutes ahead of time, deal with the microorganism in the working surface of the working table in the cleaning work area, turn off the germicidal lamp in 20 minutes, and start the blower.
2.. Do not store unnecessary items on the table so as to keep the clean air flow in the work area undisturbed.
3., regular (usually in February), using the QDF-2 heat bulb type anemometer to measure the average wind speed in the work area. If it is found that it does not meet the requirements, the fan power supply voltage can be adjusted, so that the work station is in the best working condition.
4.. This equipment can be operated by one person (single side table), and can also be operated by two persons (single sided double table).
Seven, maintenance
1.. According to the cleanliness of the environment, the filter material in the coarse filter will be removed and cleaned regularly. The interval is usually 3~6 months.
2. when the voltage of the air blower is raised to the maximum, the average wind speed in the work area can not reach the technical parameter index, and then the HEPA filter must be replaced.
3.. When changing the filter, first open the prefilter on the top of the air blower, then take the engine board. When changing, you should pay attention to the arrow mark of the filter, and the arrow point is the laminar flow direction.
4. after the filter is replaced, the dust detector is used to check whether the four surrounding seals are good, the fan unit voltage is adjusted, and the average wind speed in the work area is kept within the range of 0.4m/s + 20%. The cleaning efficiency is checked by a dust meter.
5., electrical components installed in the right side of the box, if there is electrical failure, you can refer to the electrical schematic diagram, electrical wiring diagram to be repaired.
L the 220V AC power must be cut off before installation and use, otherwise it will lead to danger!
