Therefore, the body cleaning as well as the preparatory work is very important.

(4) the spraying operation personnel wearing overalls and is also an important source of pollution. In a lot of repair factory, polishing putty and paint spraying work is done by the same person, many workers in the grinding and spraying paint putty when wearing the same clothes, this is not correct, there should be special work clothes in spray paint. In the baking room, should wear fiber shedding overalls, wearing rubber gloves, protective masks and respirators (Figure 3), in the paint spraying to keep this dress. Do not wear special uniforms of the staff are not allowed to enter the booth, but only from the peep window view of painting work, in order to avoid the pollution of paint.

(5) in addition to work covering the body and spray paint room must be completed within the body preparation and paint mixing work should be carried out in the paint room outside. Some repair plant even in the baking room cleaning vehicle or polishing putty, this is a serious violation of the norms of operation practice of repair paint.

(6) spray gun spraying equipment should be kept clean. Should be timely cleaning spray gun in each spraying operation, lest paint gun dry, paint after drying will condense into a piece of paint if drying fly out when spraying, the formation of defects in the finish.

(8) placing parts and paint cans and other debris should not paint the room, because these things will eventually be accumulated dirt and pollution spraying vehicle. Spray gun, paper tape, putty, sewing and clothing and other items should not be stored in the open environment, these items should be placed in a sealed and ventilated storage room.
